Uh huh, okay - so forgetting my Xanga password and having to go through retrieval might just give you an idea of how neglected this place has become!

It's been well over a year, and so much has changed and so much has stayed the same. I keep meaning to revamp this place, it all seems so childish and naieve now, but having accidently deleted my Photoshop CS4, I lack the basic motivation!

Well, I'll put my life updates down so I don't have to wait another year and write an even bigger list:p

- I have two jobs now. I stepped down from store supervisor to part timer again; and am now working happy 12-hour night shifts at a care home at the other side of town. This is advantageous in several ways: first, I am now firmly convinced of wanting to die young, second - it's all a means to an end. Having decided with the help of my long term (love putting that, 3 years this year!) partner that I did in fact, always want to pursue a career in medicine, I am applying for several courses in the hopes of clearing onto the course with the grounds of substantial employment in a caring role. Happy days. The money is also rolling in quite well as well, which means S. Majere gets very shiny hair and a very happy bf :p

- As I've mentioned, 3 years this year for me and my gorgeous. Completely smitten! We're doing something special for our joint birthdays this year, a fancy restaurant followed by a night in a hotel getting down to some serious fu-, holding each other sweetly.

- Dear Nanna passed away before Christmas, still very painful to think about and she's missed terribly.

- 2:1 achieved in my degree in English and Journalism, I am now a Bachelor of Arts. Woopdedoo.

- Tonsils removed last year due to constant debilitating rounds of tonsilitis. Morphine is a lot of whacky fun.

- Tried to learn how to drive but gave up due to mean old driving instructor making me cry like an actress when I missed a turnoff. Don't laugh, I felt bad at the time! Besides, £22 a lesson?!! I'd rather stick to my bike...

- Supertoned thighs may now possibly be able to crack whole walnuts between them.

I'm sure I'll think of a really obvious life-changing happenstance as soon as I click "Save Changes" on this, but for now - tally ho!
